Host explainer

Give guests a better Dallas — and get paid when they explore

Don's Deals verifies local deals (source URL + date), builds day-by-day plans, and runs spot check-ins. You share one link. Guests get value. You earn a referral cut when affiliate offers go live.

How it works

1. Join → get /stay/your-name/.
2. Drop it in your Airbnb message / guidebook / QR in the unit.
3. Guest picks visiting/moving/local, dates/area, who's coming → plan + deals near them.
4. Outbound stay/experience links carry your ref for attribution.

Payout

[TBD by Chris] — rate not published until Chris sets it. Rate coming soon.

What we won't do

• Invent hotel rates or “guests this month” numbers.
• Auto-post guest photos (UGC is moderated).
• Spam your guests — the link is yours to share.
