The story
Brutalist drama with a Moore sculpture out front — civic architecture with a movie career.
I.M. Pei's inverted pyramid of City Hall (1978) and the plaza with Henry Moore's sculpture. The building doubled as a futuristic exterior in RoboCop and remains one of Dallas's boldest civic statements.
