Privacy
Status: Plain-language draft. Not legal advice. Needs Chris’s review before treating as final.
What we collect
- Join / business / creator forms: name, email or phone, intent, optional business or handle.
- On your device only: “Who’s coming?” profile, saved deals, check-in points (localStorage).
- Optional geolocation: only if you tap check-in and allow location — used to verify you’re near Pioneer Plaza. Manual check-in works without GPS.
- Optional photos: only if you submit a photo form (when that flow is live).
How we use it
To send the pack you asked for, match deals to your intent, improve the guide, and (for businesses/creators) follow up on interest. We state we do not sell your email; that is an operational promise Chris must keep.
Storage
When Netlify Forms or our submit function is enabled, submissions are stored with that provider. Until Chris enables server capture, some preview tests may only save on your device — the form will say so honestly.
Third parties
Hosting: Netlify. Outbound “Support Dallas” links go to those organizations’ sites (their policies apply). Map tiles (if used on /map/) come from the map provider named on that page.
Your choices
Clear site data in your browser to wipe local profile/points. To delete a server-side submission after Forms are live, email the address Chris publishes for privacy requests (TBD).
Kids
The site is a general audience city guide. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13 for accounts.
