We aim to show only sourced deals. Empty states mean research isn’t finished — not that a place doesn’t exist.
Points & check-ins
Points are a client-side progress feature. They are not cash, not transferable, and do not guarantee a partner reward until a real partner offer is published.
User content
If you submit photos or tips, you grant Don's Deals a non-exclusive license to use them for the guide. Don’t submit content you don’t have rights to.
Photo check-ins (UGC)
If you upload a photo after checking in, you confirm you have the rights to it and grant Don's Deals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site, spot pages, and “Today in Dallas” feed with your chosen credit. Submissions are pending until a human approves them — never auto-public. You can ask for removal after approval by contacting Chris (address TBD). Rejected photos are not shown publicly.
Host referrals
Airbnb/host referral links (/stay/… and ?ref=) store attribution on the guest’s device and may append ref parameters to outbound deal or affiliate URLs. Host payout rates are set by Chris and will be disclosed when live — preview materials use [TBD by Chris]. Dashboard previews may show only on-device events until a server analytics store is approved.
